At the heart of the role

As a Lead Frontend / UX Developer, you'll be at the forefront of our projects, shaping both the design and development of our AI-driven solutions. You'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, ensuring that our products are not only technologically advanced but also user-friendly. We’re a remote-first team, built on trust, autonomy, and shared curiosity, where everyone has space to grow and make an impact.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and frontend development for our AI-driven web apps and client solutions.
• Create elegant user interfaces from initial concept and wireframes through to high-quality finished products.
• Develop responsive, accessible frontend code primarily using React (or similar frameworks).
• Collaborate closely with our product, backend, and ML teams to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
• Guide user-centered design practices across the company and mentor junior team members.

Essential for success:

• You have around 5+ years of experience in frontend development and UX/UI design with a portfolio you're proud to share.
• You are confident building responsive, accessible web apps using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).
• You enjoy solving design challenges and turning complicated technologies into intuitive experiences.
• You're already experimenting with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-enhanced development environments.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating remotely, and thrive in an environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow.
• You're based anywhere in Finland and willing to travel occasionally to Helsinki or Oulu for team meetups.
