Ideal Background and professional Experience

Sales Leadership Experience:
- 10+ years in senior sales or business management roles within IT services or consultancy companies.
- Personally closed multi-million multi-year deals with medium to large enterprises.
- Strong experience building and leading targets-exceeding sales teams.

Consultative Selling Background:
- Experience in navigating complex enterprise environments, working with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and operations.
- Familiarity with processes for selling and implementing tailored solutions.

Customer-Centric Mindset:
- Hands-on experience working closely with customers to understand their unique needs, especially in industries with complex, multi-system environments.
- Ability to build long-term relationships, positioning LastBot as a trusted partner.

AI/Tech Savvy:
- Strong interest in AI, with enough knowledge to effectively position LastBot’s AI BASE product as a differentiator.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and integrations challenges.
